Addiction is not the problem. Addiction is a manifestation of the problem. Whether your addiction is codependency, drugs, alcohol, sex, video games, or chocolate - the problem is how you feel about yourself. That all starts with what you think about yourself.
This exercise is designed to help you fall back in love with yourself. Yes back! There was a time when you were so happy, innocent, and capable of doing anything you wanted. You might have to go back to your 4-year-old self...some of you might have to go back even further. Your perfect inner child is still in there, and they are just dying to be loved, accepted, and taken care of.
This exercise is quick and effective.
