Here are some frequently asked questions that I’ve been asked so far.

Q: I was listening to your podcast on your website and then it just stopped or took me to a weird page. What should I do?
A: I’m investigating this issue. In the meantime, you’ll have a much better listening experience if you subscribe and listen on your phone.
If you have an iPhone – subscribe to The Addiction Support Podcast in iTunes. Then you can open your Podcast app on your phone and listen from there. New podcasts will show up for you to listen to as they are released.
If you have an Android phone, it’s my understanding that the Stitcher app is what you want to download and use to subscribe & listen to The Addiction Support Podcast. *I have not tested this theory. If you have an Android phone then please contact me and let me know if this works or not.
If the top two options don’t work for you then you can get updates via email as new podcasts are released.
Q: I tried to leave a review on iTunes but it said my nickname was already taken and I wasn’t able to leave a review.
A: This happens when you aren’t logged into iTunes. I’ve created a video for you on this topic on the Review page.
